Alison – Practice Manager
After more than 20 years working in the dental industry, Alison has learned a great deal about running a dental practice! She started her career as a dental nurse before moving into practice management and growing her skillset along the way.
Alison manages the administration for the practice but has plenty of interaction with patients. From discussing treatments and creating treatment plans, to answering the phones and scheduling appointments, she loves to add a personal touch to your dental experience.
Alison’s favourite feedback from patients is how painless their appointment was.
“Patient comfort is our primary focus. We want people to walk away with the feeling they’ve had a positive experience. Hopefully, our calm and gentle approach will ease their fear and trepidation, so their visit is easy or even enjoyable.”
Loes – Dental Assistant
Loes joined KB Village in 2020 and is currently doing her Certificate IV in Dental Assisting with Radiology.
Being born in the Netherlands and growing up in the Caribbean, she has a very relaxed and charming manner, which is sure to reflect in the experience of our patients. With an extensive background in hospitality and travel, Loes is very engaging in the surgery and takes pride in putting patients at ease.
Loes’ favourite thing about working at KB Village Dental is being a part of a team which offers such a wide range of treatments for patients young and old.
“Whether we are assisting patients to reach their aesthetic goals, or helping them through difficult dental treatments, I always want to make sure their experience has been a positive one so they can forget their ‘dental fears’ and might even look forward to their next visit.”
